Sleep Assessment
Take a Sleep Assessment Quiz
If you are not sure if a Sleep Clinic is the next step for you, take a sleep assessment quiz to see where you fall with scaled results.
If you are concerned that you are not getting enough sleep, are tired throughout they day, or feeling drowsy often, take this Sleep Assessment Quiz. The ‘Epworth Sleepiness Scale was developed by professionals to determine the level of daytime sleepiness in individuals. Having a normal score does not exclude sleep disorders. Please take the self evaluation quiz and always consult with your physician for next steps.
