Essam Ansari, MD
Dr. Essam Ansari began his internal medicine, pulmonary, and critical care medicine residency at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Ansari received a Master’s degree in Public Health at Harvard School of Public Health. He is board-certified in Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and is a Sleep Medicine Specialist.
Dr. Ansari, a physician leader, has a passion for Patient Safety, Quality Care, and Patient Experience. He serves as the CEO for InCare, PLLC, which provides pulmonary, sleep medicine, and intensive care unit services. He also has a solid background in Process Improvement. Dr. Ansari’s interests include Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep disorders, Asthma and COPD.
He enjoys reading, listening, and reading audiobooks, as well as spending time with his children.
Essam Ansari, MD

Christopher Daigle, MD

Ghazwan Acash, MD
Dr. Acash graduated from Damascus University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at St Joseph Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He also completed his Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at Lahey Clinic and Medical Center, as well as completing a Fellowship in Interventional Pulmonology.
He is a Diplomate of the American Association of Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology, as well a member of the American College of Chest Physicians.
He was awarded the Lahey Clinic Alumni Association Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement in the specialty of Pulmonary and Critical Medicine. Dr. Ghazwan Acash has been practicing for over 20 years and is fluent in English and Arabic. He is Board Certified in the following specialties: Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Interventional Pulmonology.
Dr. Acash enjoys, cooking, swimming, and likes playing chess, but most of all spending time with his wife, and their children.

Dr. Scanlon is the Director of Patient Experience at InCare, PLLC.

Carla Brogna, MS, PA-C
Born and raised in Medford, Massachusetts, Carla received her bachelor’s degree in Cardiopulmonary Science from Northeastern University. She worked as a registered respiratory therapist at Massachusetts General Hospital before attending graduate school. She received a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston. She has over 20 years of experience as a certified physician assistant, and previously worked on the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Lung transplant team.
Carla Brogna, MS, PA-C
Born and raised in Medford, Massachusetts, Carla received her bachelor’s degree in Cardiopulmonary Science from Northeastern University. Iris Alvarado, Office Manager
Iris joined InCare in 2021 as the Credentialing & Integration Manager after 10 years working in healthcare as a billing Manager. In 2022 she became the office manager responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the practice alongside the Director of Operations.
Iris has been a great addition to the InCare team, with her positive attitude and her love for learning she encourages others to work hard and succeed.
Iris utilizes her managerial and leadership skills aligned with InCare values to provide great patient experience while ensuring the practice runs smoothly.
When Iris is not working, she enjoys doing crafts, decorating and most of all spending time with her family.

Grace Aube, Outpatient Manager
Grace joined InCare in 2022. Prior to joining us, she previously worked at Dartmouth-Hitchcock for almost eight years in the Specialty Care Departments as a Supervisor. Prior to her career at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, she was a Licensed Nursing Assistant. Grace has also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. Grace prides herself and her team on providing exceptional patient care and strives for patient satisfaction. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband, and their two beagles, Truitt & Carter. They enjoy camping, spending time outside, and watching the Red Sox.

Founded to provide high-quality treatment with respect & compassion
Founded in 2018, by Dr. Ansari ‘s goal was to create a team of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine specialists who seek to provide modern, high-quality treatment while also emphasizing respect, compassion, and teamwork. Our goal is to improve the coordination of care for patients across the healthcare continuum in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
